About the Journal

Journal of Education and Heritage (JEH) is an international, peer-reviewed journal that focuses on the intersection of education and cultural heritage. The journal publishes original research, conceptual papers, case studies, and reviews that explore how heritage—tangible, intangible, natural, and digital—can be integrated into educational theory, practice, and policy.

JEH aims to advance scholarly understanding of heritage-based education as a medium for cultural preservation, identity formation, sustainable development, and community engagement. The journal welcomes contributions from multidisciplinary perspectives, including education, anthropology, history, culture studies, museum education, digital heritage, curriculum development, and related fields.

The journal is committed to promoting innovative approaches, critical discussions, and empirical findings that strengthen the role of heritage in formal, non-formal, and informal learning environments.
